Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing intuitive, engaging, and user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product design, with an added advantage in graphic design. You should be able to take a product idea from concept to execution, translate customer and business needs into simple user experiences, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products across web and mobile platforms.

• Translate product requirements, customer needs, and business objectives into intuitive and engaging designs.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive experiences.

• Conduct and support usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and improve product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development

lifecycle.

• Contribute to product design direction, design systems, and overall product experience.

• Identify usability challenges and recommend practical design solutions.

• Ensure consistency across different product touchpoints and platforms.

• Create visually appealing designs and digital assets where required.

• Participate in design reviews and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on current product design, UX/UI, and digital product trends.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in Product Design/UX/UI Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and launching digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.

• Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation.

• Experience designing mobile applications is a strong advantage or preferred

• Graphic design experience is an added advantage.

• Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to understand complex product requirements and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of design consistency and visual hierarchy.
