Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of designing intuitive, engaging, and user-focused digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product design, with an added advantage in graphic design. You should be able to take a product idea from concept to execution, translate customer and business needs into simple user experiences, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Job Details
Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
Translate product requirements, customer needs, and business objectives into intuitive and engaging designs.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive experiences.
Conduct and support usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and improve product experiences.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to product design direction, design systems, and overall product experience.
Identify usability challenges and recommend practical design solutions.
Ensure consistency across different product touchpoints and platforms.
Create visually appealing designs and digital assets where required.
Participate in design reviews and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Stay updated on current product design, UX/UI, and digital product trends.
Requirements
3–5 years of professional experience in Product Design/UX/UI Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and launching digital products.
Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation.
Experience designing mobile applications is a strong advantage or preferred
Graphic design experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex product requirements and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of design consistency and visual hierarchy.
Beyond technical design skills, we are looking for someone who is curious, creative, collaborative, and passionate about building products that solve real customer problems.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly to create better product experiences.
